In the first half of your apprenticeship, you’ll train at our dedicated Skills Academy while attending college one day a week. You’ll build a strong foundation in electrical theory, cabling, and wiring infrastructure. Then, you’ll put that knowledge into practice through completing around 40 individual projects where you’ll design, install, repair, and maintain electrical systems.

These rotations will give you exposure to the full range of our plant and facilities, from facility engineering and electrical utilities to design compliance and lightning protection systems.
We’re looking for people who want to keep the lights on – literally and figuratively.
If you’re someone who’s curious about how electrical assemblies and you enjoy getting hands-on, solving problems, and bringing engineering principles to life, we want to hear from you.
Whether it’s inspecting systems, fault-finding, or making things work better, this is your chance to turn that passion into a career with real impact.
