What to expect

During your first year, you’ll get the opportunity to go on a number of placements right across our business with Corporate and Operations, that will give you a broad awareness and understanding of the exciting work we are involved in.

You will have the opportunity to tailor and shape these placements, and this will set you up as you discover where you want to hone your skills to further your career in year two. At this stage you’ll take one or two specialist roles where you’ll develop deeper technical skills and knowledge as you accelerate towards your first role at the end of the scheme.

Wherever the programme takes you, you’ll gain a blend of professional skills and experience that will set you on the way to an exciting and varied career, with lots of opportunity for continued development.

You’ll also gain professional qualifications. All graduates will undertake a CMI Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management – one of the stepping stones to achieving the coveted CMngr (Chartered Manager) Status.
