  • The starting salary is £22,250 per annum
  • You will be located at Aldermaston near Reading
  • You must be a British Citizen to apply for a role with us
  • You need to be 18+ by the time you start next September 2025

Qualifying Criteria

Electronic Design18+HNC (level 4) in Electronic Engineering
5 GCSE’s at grade 4/C or above including Maths and English
Nuclear Engineering – Electrical18+3 A levels grade C or above including Maths.
Or level 3 equivalent qualification. (Minimum of 102 UCAS points OR existing level 3 qualification – equivalent to an A level)
Nuclear Engineering – Mechanical18+3 A levels grade C or above including Maths.
Or level 3 equivalent qualification. (Minimum of 102 UCAS points OR existing level 3 qualification – equivalent to an A level)
Manufacturing18+A minimum 5 GCSE’s at grade 4(C) or above, including Mathematics, English and a Science, Technology or Engineering related subject, as well as A Levels at grade 4(C) or above in both a Mathematical based subject or a Science, Technology, Engineering or additional Mathematics related subject, or 90+ credits in an Engineering BTEC at level 3.
Building Services18+A Level BBC or;
BTEC National Diploma DDM or;
Access to Engineering qualifications with 15 Distinctions and 30 Merits including Maths and Physical Science credit or;
Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 128 UCAS points
Level 3 qualifications must include Maths and Physics
Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
Design and Construction Management18+HNC in related subject with merit grade or; Level 4 Apprenticeship in relevant subject or equivalent level 4 qualification, including EPA. Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
