AWE named a top ten inclusive employer

It’s official; we’re a top ten inclusive employer in the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation 2025 Religious Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) Index. It means we join the ranks of Thames Water, Direct Line Group, John Lewis Partnership and Rolls-Royce.

We take inclusion seriously and we believe in walking the walk. That’s why we have several initiatives in place for our people that both supports religious diversity and fosters workplace where individuals of all faiths and beliefs feel respected, valued, and supported.

These include our Religion & Belief employee resource group which seeks to create a safe environment, one where employees feel empowered with a sense of belonging. On top of that, we’re always working to raise awareness through engaging articles and thought-provoking content. These efforts help spark important conversations and guide the development of our internal policies and frameworks to make sure we’re moving forward together.

AWE is also a signatory of the Charter for Faith & Belief Inclusion, which establishes a network of supportive organisations who believe in a diverse society which is welcoming to all people, of all backgrounds and beliefs.

The recognition was formally celebrated at the second Annual Faith at Work Summit UK earlier this year.
