Opportunities for career returners 

AWE has launched its first Career Returners Programme, which is designed to support experienced professionals return to their field following a career break and help with their transition back to work.  

The programme is open to anyone who’s taken a break from their career for two years or more – but is mainly aimed at women who’ve taken time out to bring up children. Those on the programme will be offered a re-introduction to the workplacehelping build their confidence and gain industry-specific knowledge. 

Returners can use the transferable skills they’ve gained – even away from the workplace – and put them into good practice in AWE, re-starting their career with one of our exciting opportunities.  

The programme is being run in partnership with Workingmums.co.uk which connects employers with professional women seeking positions upon their return to work. A full list of opportunities can be found on the workingmums.co.uk website.
